As you’ll see, Madeira’s reputation as the ‘Garden Island’ is well founded. It’s swathed in lush greenery and bears all manner of tropical fruits. The region is famous for its delicious Madeira wine.

Day 6

Time : 7:00 am

La Palma, Spain

‘La Isla Bonita’ La Palma is one of the smaller of the seven Canary Islands. Its capital, Santa Cruz de la Palma, is a picturesque harbour set on the eastern side of this charming volcanic formation.
The island’s landscape is one of black sand beaches, mountainous terrain and rich plant life, with the average temperature hardly changing all year round.

Day 7

Time : 12:00 pm

Tenerife, Spain

Beloved for its beaches, Tenerife also offers a feast for the eyes. Either from the numerous galleries and museums or the incredibly panoramic cable car ascent of Mount Teide, there is so much to see.
Tenerife is soothing on the ears, too. Listen for the timple, a distinctive element of Canarian folk music, or perhaps catch a recital at the Auditorio, home to the Tenerife Symphony Orchestra.

Day 8

Time : 9:00 am

Lanzarote, Spain

It’s easy to understand why the island of Lanzarote is so popular. Fire Mountain and the curious vineyards of Le Geria amid the volcanic island scenery are just some of the many highlights that await.
Timanfaya National Park is a vivid volcanic showcase, where water poured into boreholes, hisses back out as steam and you can feast on a smorgasbord of specialities, cooked by heat from Earth’s core.

Day 10

Lisbon, Portugal

As the capital of Portugal, Lisbon triumphantly spreads its welcoming city atmosphere and its several impressive ancient sites over the seven steep hillsides that overlook the Tagus Estuary and River.
