Elizabeth and Nena are the two agents we work with both on Business and Leisure travel. Anything is possible and they are able to change the unchangeable. We regularly need to change arrangements on flights/hotels and cars and this always happens seamlessly and without fuss. A joy to work with and much easier and often cheaper than going online! I travel very frequently to London and Asia on business and further afield on family holidays. All options are considered and often unlikely airports are used which get me where I need to be cheaper and quicker. The ability to think of all options is a key benefit of using this service. Since we moved to Gibraltar in early 1985 have been making use of your services for all our travel needs. Have mostly dealt with Katherine, but found everyone else most helpful whenever she was not available. Our main bookings have been two long cruises with Cunard, one from Sydney to Hong Kong in 2016, the other, next month, from Hong Kong to Capetown. The direct contact your office has with Cunard UK has considerably facilitated these bookings, providing very useful pre-cruise information. We have also used your services for all our minor travel needs, such as a flight Malaga/Paris/Malaga last Christmas, train travel in Spain, a one week stay in Quinta do Lago, in the Algarve, Portugal, a one week stay in Agadir, Morocco – always very satisfied with the service received.
